NEW CCSCD FEE SCHEDULE TO TAKE EFFECT ON AUGUST 1, 2010, WHICH INCLUDES A $25.00 CHARGE FOR EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS.

State Administrative Fee: A $25.00 fee represents a uniform statewide per application surcharge established by the State Soil Conservation Committee (SSCC) on Chapter 251 applications submitted to a New Jersey Soil Conservation District. This fee will be used by the SSCC to support program administration and is effective April 15, 2010.

From time to time we receive updates and bulletins on soil erosion control methods or issues. We will post them here when they are issued.
