The 2012 Envirothon was held at Camp Sacajawea @ Farmingdale, Freehold County, NJ on May 5th
The winning teams for the 2012 NJ Envirothon were:
First Place: Marine Academy of Technology & Environmental Sceince Team 1, Ocean County (MATES Students headed for National Competition)
Second Place: Marine Academy of Technology & Environmental Sceince Team 2, Ocean County (MATES Students headed for National Competition)
Third Place: Wayne Valley High School, Passaic County
*Camden County, Timber Creek High School, Gloucester Township, participated in this years contest and placed 23 out of 33 teams.
The Marine Academy of Technology & Environmental Sceince Team 1 traveled to Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, PA on July 22 - 28th to represent New Jersey at the National Canon Envirothon and placed 19th out of 54 teams.
