Parents Day at Pointe Ariel Park in Gloucester Township, NJ on August 3, 2011. The campers performed several nature camp songs, planted two butterfly bushes, showed their parents the NJ Soil Tunnel and had a bar-b-que.

 

 

Nature Camp at Pointe Ariel Park in Gloucester Township, NJ on July 19, 2011. The campers (Grades 1-4) participated in varies hands on activities. These activities included story time, singing, digging for minerals, playtime with mealworms and a walk through the New Jersey Soil Tunnel. (The Gloucester Township Patch published an article about "Happy Campers" with a brief blurp of the District.)

        

 

Second Annual Camden: Celebrates National Agriculture Day  at the Charles Sumner School in Camden City was celebrated on March 15, 2011. The students participated in varies hands on activities. Such activities included a petting zoo, nutrition exhibit, rain garden and walked through the New Jersey Soil Tunnel.
