New RFA Form
Effective January 5, 2009, the NJPDES Master General Permit No. NJ0088323 was renewed by NJDEP and included updated Request for Authorization (RFA) and Authorization to Discharge (ATD) forms, and narrative requirements.
In accordance with Stormwater Permit Program Phase II Manual, Policy 20.0, all applicants must utilize the newly revised RFA forms and the districts issue the newly revised ATD and narrative Requirements. The newly revised RFA forms are dated 1/09.
Effective January 5, 2009 any of the older forms received by this office will be returned for reprocessing using the correct forms. An application for Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plan certification will not be processed without the correct forms when an RFA is required.
SESC Readopted Rules
The newly adopted rules pertain to single family home exemptions, demolition activities and increased enforcement possibilities. The revised rules will have a positive impact on our quality of life and the environment will be enhanced through the prevention of soil erosion damages.
