Start of Construction Form
Notification, in writing, of the Start of Construction for your project is needed 48-hours in advance. If the start of construction on your project will be delayed, please contact our office*. Please fax or mail back the Start of Construction form to the District. Failure to provide this notification will result in additional inspection fees being deducted from your project submission fees**.
*Sites are inspected monthly (and fees deducted) after the plans are CERTIFIED by the District, unless otherwise directed.
**All INACTIVE sites will be inspected twice a year for District records. Inspection fees will be deducted for this work.
